The focus of reality hurts is on Kickboxing, FMA, Combatives and EDC application to make self defence as practical as possible for women in todays society. It's not a one size fits all solution but it will equip you with the skills and the knowledge to mitigate unnecessary risk and throw down if necessary.

You don't need to be the biggest but the smartest and that's what Reality Hurts is all about! As after all if you don't train...........Reality Hurts when you need the skills but don't have them.
