Axis Shurikenjutsu

Do you want to learn how to throw bo shuriken, throwing knives and axes? 

One of our particular specialisations is the traditional Japanese art of Shurikenjutsu or the "hand hidden blade art". The reason they were called hand hidden blades in Japan is because Shuriken were considered Kakushi Buki (Hidden Weapons) often used to gain the element of surprise in battle. The predominant technique for Shuriken is no spin throwing as it flies directly at the target 

We also teach sports based western knife and tomahawk (axe) throwing at our ranges based in Rugby, Warwickshire. Here we mainly focus on rotation and half spin throwing larger blades.

We offer private lessons for £30ph, private day hire of the ranges and also an instructor course so that you can learn the skills necessary to teach your own students. 

Full training and equipment provided for private lessons and day hire. Follow up support and equipment discounts are available after completing the instructor course. 

Shurikenjutsu is great fun and when you understand the technique it becomes second nature but it takes a lot of practice.
